About me
Speaking creativity in many fields and languages
I am a Senior Motion Design student at Ringling College of Art & Design with a focus on Visual Development. I enjoy working directly with clients, 2D animation, including 2D character rigging, pre-production and design. While at Ringling, I have been a Tutor for 2 years, Class Monitor for 3 years, and Teacher's Assistant.
Before returning to school full time, I served my clients for 15 years as a hairstylist and Salon Manager. I even was a ballroom dance instructor for several years. Both of these positions gave me the ability to work directly with each client. Through consultation was able to create a plan, custom tailored to each client’s needs, desires, and budget.
I am equally happy spending a rainy day curled up with my cat, a good book, and a cup of tea or coffee, taking a walk along a forest path or the beach, spending time chilling with friends at home or trying out a new restaurant together, also going to a concert or new movie. Growing up in a small town in Nebraska, I learned the Midwestern qualities of working hard for what you get and helping your neighbors. I am also obsessed with anything about Japanese culture. I was an exchange student during my senior year of high school and am looking forward to being able to return someday.
